Attorneys

Dean Pody graduated from Occidental College in 1994 and the Seattle University School of Law in 1997.  Since 2001 he has almost exclusively represented condominium and homeowner associations.  Prior to that time, he primarily represented bankruptcy debtors. He served on the Board of Directors of the Washington State Chapter of Community Associations Institute from 2007 to 2010 and served as Chapter President in 2009.
Patrick McDonald graduated magna cum laude from University of Portland in 2000 and cum laude from the Seattle University School of Law in 2005.  Since then, he has focused on representing condominium and homeowner associations both as general counsel and in assessment collection matters.  Patrick is a frequent presenter and has authored articles on the legal issues facing both condominium and homeowner associations.
Chris Chicoine graduated with “High Honors” from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 2001, and the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, in 2006. Prior to joining Pody & McDonald, PLLC, Chris practiced commercial litigation and represented debtors and creditors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. Chris has been recognized for his work with multiple selections as Super Lawyer Rising Star and Super Lawyer.
